The book is 374 pages plus 14 pages of front matter.
Looks like a thorough explanation of the process for developing a quantitative model and the supporting theory. You have convinced me, so I have just ordered my copy.
Well, I hope you are not disappointed. The book only has one chapter on combat modeling…. but the entire book is oriented towards quantitative analysis of combat, which is all related to combat modeling.
